I have used this for creating a bedtime ritual for my grandchildren. They love to spritz their pillows and sheets before climbing in for a good night’s sleep. My husband also enjoys a spritz above his head when he gets in bed to help relax and get to sleep quickly.
 
Directions: Spritz above head and on pillow at bedtime and inhale deeply. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. ngredients: Witch Hazel, lavender, roman chamomile essential oils, polysorbate 20.
